5/8×24 threaded muzzle cap for those wanting to run a muzzle brake on a “Bravo” threaded suppressor. Thread pitch is 1.420×24 which matches the Silencerco “Bravo” thread (Scythe/Omega/Hybrid 46 cap thread) and the Edge Suppressor. The cap features 1¼" wrench flats and are machined to Class 3A/3B tolerances. The Cap is machined in a single operation to maximize concentricity. Made in the USA out of 17-4 Stainless Steel.

We recommend using an overbore muzzle brake (e.g., .338 for .30 cal, .30 cal for 6.5, 6.5 for 6mm, etc.) when running this cap on a suppressor. This provides additional insurance against barrel threads or suppressors that may be undersized or nonconcentric. Blueprinted Firearms is not responsible for damage to muzzle devices caused by nonconcentric or undersized threads. Tolerance stacking is a thing, which is why we took extreme care to ensure concentricity and tight tolerances for The Edge. Always check your clearance with an alignment rod any time you install/reinstall the suppressor.
