3/4×24 threaded muzzle cap for those wanting to run 3/4×24 muzzle devices on the Edge Suppressor. ID thread pitch is 1.420×24 which matches the Silencerco “Bravo” thread (Scythe/Omega/Hybrid 46 cap thread) and the Edge Suppressor. The cap features 1¼" wrench flats and are machined to Class 3A/3B tolerances. The Cap is machined in a single operation to maximize concentricity.

We recommend using an overbore muzzle brake (e.g., .338 for .30 cal, .30 cal for 6.5, 6.5 for 6mm, etc.) when running this cap on a suppressor. This provides additional insurance against barrel threads that may be cut undersized or are nonconcentric. Blueprinted Firearms is not responsible for damage to muzzle devices caused by nonconcentric or undersized threads. Tolerance stacking is a thing, which is why we took extreme care to ensure concentricity and tight tolerances for The Edge.
